888 g99 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and the Agreement Between Us

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document and in all related 888 g99 policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 888 g99 ("the Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 888 g99 Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a condition of using 888 g99. If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you are not permitted to register an Account, deposit funds, or access any games or betting markets on the 888 g99 Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 888 g99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older at the date of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily and for your own personal use only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 888 g99 or any affiliated platform by way of self-exclusion, administrative suspension, or disciplinary action.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You will provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and keep that information up to date for the duration of your Account.

888 g99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including at registration, at the time of the first withdrawal, or following any account review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Players in Pakistan are required to verify their Pakistan mobile number during or shortly after registration. This mobile number is used for account recovery, security alerts, and PKR withdrawal verification. Players should ensure that the mobile number registered on their 888 g99 Account matches the number linked to their Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet to facilitate seamless PKR withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 888 g99 username and password. 888 g99 will treat all activity conducted under your login credentials as activity authorised by you, regardless of whether it was actually performed by you personally.

• You must not share your 888 g99 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your Account, place bets on your behalf, or conduct transactions from your Account.
• You must notify 888 g99 support immediately if you suspect or discover unauthorised access to your Account.
• You should use a password that is unique to your 888 g99 Account and not shared with any other online service, including your Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts.

888 g99 cannot be held liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to protect your credentials, including but not limited to sharing your password, using an insecure device, or accessing your Account on public Wi-Fi networks without adequate protection.

888 g99 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be announced on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts in good standing.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 888 g99 Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to credit depending on the originating bank's processing speed.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 888 g99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa, HBL) may apply their own standard transaction fees — these are outside 888 g99's control.

888 g99 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, 888 g99 may request additional documentation before processing the deposit or returning the funds.

Withdrawals of Real Money Funds from your 888 g99 Account are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Maximum single-withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement for most Accounts.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and MCB are processed within one hour, seven days a week including Pakistan public holidays.
• 888 g99 does not charge withdrawal fees on any payment method.

888 g99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal that exceeds standard thresholds, is made to a new payment account, or is associated with unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

If a Player initiates a chargeback with their payment provider for any deposit made to 888 g99, their Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. All pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and 888 g99 reserves the right to recover any funds paid out to that Player by legal means.

888 g99 offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered 888 g99 account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion's terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The default wagering requirement on 888 g99 bonus funds is 12× (twelve times) the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Slot games (including jackpot slots) contribute 100% toward clearing the wagering requirement. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo) contribute 10%. Sports betting bets placed at odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 100%. Cockfighting bets contribute 50%. Any game not listed contributes 0% unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• 888 g99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted by a Player, 888 g99 will remove the Bonus Funds from the Account but will not affect any Real Money Funds.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting software errors, or placing hedging bets across bonus and non-bonus accounts — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds. 888 g99 may also recover any withdrawn bonus-derived funds where fraud or abuse is identified.

All games and betting markets available on 888 g99 are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• All slot and casino games on 888 g99 use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by 888 g99, the game provider, the Player's account age, bet size, or session history.
• Live casino games are operated by human dealers via real-time video stream. The outcome of each live game round is final once the dealer announces the result on stream.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by 888 g99, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Cockfighting bets are settled immediately following each bout's official result from the streaming arena. 888 g99 is not responsible for delays or errors in the transmission of arena results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including a disconnection, server error, or software failure — 888 g99 will apply its standard malfunction policy. Bets placed on incomplete rounds may be voided and stakes returned at 888 g99's discretion.

888 g99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from the Account Settings menu and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive an on-screen notification when your active gaming session exceeds a time duration you specify.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 888 g99 Platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months from the date of application.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888 g99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities in Pakistan:

• Registering more than one Account on 888 g99.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players — including through shared betting strategies, communication about live game outcomes, or coordinated bonus abuse — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mathematical errors in games or odds — including "bug exploitation" where a Player knowingly continues to bet in a manner that takes advantage of an error.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity — including money laundering or fraud — to deposit into your 888 g99 Account.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to 888 g99.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit consent.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your 888 g99 Account or any Account balance to another person.

All content on the 888 g99 Platform — including but not limited to the 888 g99 name, logo, website design, game graphics, game audio, text content, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 888 g99 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 888 g99 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any 888 g99 content in any form or medium.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works from any 888 g99 content.
• Use any 888 g99 branding, trademarks, or game assets for commercial purposes without express written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any software underlying the 888 g99 Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888 g99's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

888 g99 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond 888 g99's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are the result of a technical malfunction — 888 g99 reserves the right to void and re-settle such events.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistan commercial banks.

888 g99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• The identity or age of the Account holder cannot be verified to 888 g99's satisfaction.
• The Account is associated with bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of the Platform.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 888 g99.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds in the Account may be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method at 888 g99's discretion, after deducting any amounts owed to 888 g99 in connection with the breach. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 888 g99 support via Live Chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

888 g99 may update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 888 g99 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through one or more of the following channels: email notification to the address registered on the Account, an in-platform notification displayed upon login, or a prominent notice on the 888 g99 homepage.

The date on which the current version of these Terms was last updated is displayed at the top of this page. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to the 888 g99 support team.
